This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and amenities. the decor and comfort of the room were exceptional, with exclusive facilities such as a spacious steam room and heated swimming pool.

The only minor issue we encountered was the bar/lounge area, which was not as inviting as we had hoped. the helpful and attentive service from the staff more than made up for it.

We stayed in a hotel located near a convention center, which was very convenient. the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff were very polite and their English language skills were good. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its varied selection of food items. the lake view was stunning and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. We also found some nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel was somewhat far from the city center and we had a hard time finding places to eat that accepted credit cards.

I had a great stay! The location of the hotel was initially daunting, but it turned out to be very convenient as it only took me 15-20 minutes and cost 20ish YMB to get to the city centre by taxi. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice and clean room and a beautiful swimming pool. I especially liked that the hotel was located opposite the convention centre, making it the perfect location for conference attendees. The hotel staff was polite and friendly, and they spoke decent English, which was a bonus for me.

Spent xmas at this hotel, had a pleasant and comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the river and the city. the hotel staff were well-trained, courteous and willing to help with any questions I had. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices for different tastes.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center and most restaurants, so it was a bit inconvenient for me to get around. the variety and quality of the food options at the hotel restaurant were disappointing.

Nothing everything was great.

Amazing Christmas stay with great river view and delicious food! The room was spacious and we loved the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel’s location was just perfect for us as it was close to the city center and had easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the fitness center which had everything we needed for a good workout.

Sadly, the hotel restaurant didn't meet our expectations. The buffet wasn't as good as we expected and the service could be improved.
